Resetting a Course

Resetting a course will remove all progress from the users enrolled on the course. This includes progress made with lessons, assessments and policies.

To reset a user's progress for a course, follow the below steps:

Go to the Admin section on the Navigation bar.
Select Enrolled Users.
Use the drop-down to select the user you are going to reset.
Select Reset for the course you want to be reset (caution: this is irreversible).
