You can use the dashboard for a quick overview or for more information, check one of our reports within the 'Reports' tab on the navigation bar.
Mitilearn has six ways for you to report on your orginisation and user progress, below is a breakdown of each report available within the platform:
1. Course Report - Using the drop drown and date selector, you can generate a report for users who have completed their training in the selected time frame. The results will show the user's name, course, score, and expiry for the selected course. The report will show:

2. Expiry Report - Using the date selector, you can generate a report to show every user who will expire within the selected time frame. The report will show:

3. Overdue Users Report - Here you can see all of the users who have surpassed their completion deadline and send a prompt from the system, the report will display:

* You can also add a personalised message to be included in the email when sending a prompt
4. User Report - This report details each user's training transcript and will comprehensively detail their progress throughout the system in the following format:
Course | Expiry | Course | Lessons | Assessments | Policies |
In this report, you will be able to see assessment scores, attempts, pass marks, policy signature dates, completion dates, and more.
5. Users Overview - This will show the full leaderboard including all users within your organisation, ranked by completion. You can also navigate to their individual user report from here:

6. Department Progress - You can use the dropdown to select which department progress you wish to review, you will be able to see that department's current progress, progress history, and each user's completion percentage within the selected department. This report will be available to departmental admins for their allocated department(s) only.
7. User Confidence - To view your user's confidence for each module, you can use this report to see their improvement over time. You will be able to see how they have rated themselves throughout the Cyber and GDPR courses including the date.
All reports can be downloaded into a CSV file.
