Resetting a Module

Resetting a module will remove all progress from the user selected including all lessons, assessments, and policies within the module. Please note - this will affect the user's overall progress.

To reset a user's progress for a module, follow the below steps:

1. Go to the Admin section on the Navigation bar.
2. Select Enrolled Users.
3. Use the drop-down to select the user you are going to reset.
4. Click Get Results - you will then see all the courses that the user is enrolled on.
5. Click View Modules and select the module that you want to be reset. 
6. Click Reset Module (caution: this is irreversible).
