Creating a User

Invite a new member of your team to join your organisation on Mitilearn!


Follow these steps to get your team member on board:

  1. Select Users from the navigation bar.
  2. Click on the Create button.
  3. Input the user's details including first name, last name, email, department, role, job title and start date.
  4. Click Create.
  5. Your user will be uploaded into the system and receive their registration email on the chosen start date.


The user will be enroled on all courses that their department has Learning Settings for. If their department has no Learning Settings, the user will be enroled when a Learning Setting is created.
