How to log-in as a specific Learner

An administrator can sign in as a specific learner to deal with any issues on their Atlas account.

To log-in as the learner:

1. Click the Users tab on the menu bar at the top of the page to show the User management page.
2. Find the user by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a user.
3. Click the arrow on the right of the users details to show the menu.
4. Select Sign-in as user to show the learners My Learning Welcome page.
5. When you have completed your tasks log out of the learners Atlas account.
