Access type defines the tasks an administrator can do.
The table below shows access types and their broad related tasks.
Access Type | Tasks | Example user |
Admin | View users and results, add/update users, send emails and modify settings. | Administrator |
Write | View users and results, add/update users, send emails. | Branch/Division administrator |

If you use Organisational segments you can create Segment administrators.
Segment administrators manage one segment and can create administrators for their segment.
Note Segment administrators cannot change global administrator access.
Access Type | Tasks within the Segment | Example user |
Segment admin | View users and results, add/update users, send emails and modify settings. | Location/Department administrator |
Write | View users and results, add/update users, send emails. | Branch/Division administrator |
Read | View users and results. | Team leader |
