Created by Michael Walsh, Modified on Tue, 20 Feb at 8:22 AM by Amanda Lowndes

You can monitor the percentage of learners that have completed their training and are compliant, in the Dashboard and the Course reports page. Individual learner’s training statistics are shown on the Report card.

The Dashboard

The dashboard shows totals for your organisation. If you are using Segments you can apply segment filters.

To show the dashboard:

  1. Click Atlas on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. Scroll down to find the HOW ARE YOU DOING? card.

The doughnut shows learner compliance based on the courses they have access to and their current course status.

  • Move the mouse pointer to the different sections of the doughnut to show the enrolment stage and the percentage value.
  • Click the different sections of the doughnut to show the course reports page with the filters applied.

Click the number of active users to show the User management page with filters applied.

The card also shows current values for the total:

  • Continued professional development (CPD) time logged
  • Number of certificates issued

To learn more about how we calculate CPD time logged see How we calculate CPD time logged.

Note: Values shown on the 'How are you going?' card are refreshed every ten minutes so may not always accurately reflect your account status.

The Course reports page

The Course reports page shows the Compliance progress bar.

  • Move the mouse pointer to the different sections of the Compliance progress bar to show the enrolment stage and the percentage value.
  • Click the different sections of the Compliance progress bar to show the Course reports page with the filters applied.

The Learner report card

The card shows log-in information and current values for the total:

  • Overall progress
  • CPD time logged
  • Courses with results
  • Number of certificates

To show the learner report card:

  1. Click the Users tab on the menu bar at the top of the page to show the User management page.
  2. Find the user by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a user.
  3. Click View/Edit on the right of the users details to show the User’s profile.
