How to Create a Phishing Campaign

Are you ready to test your employee's ability to spot a phishing email? Follow these steps to get started:


Firstly, you will need to create a group of users that you want the phishing email to be sent to. This could be the whole company or a select number of individuals for a more targeted campaign. 


To set up your 'Group':

  1. Go to the 'Phishing' drop down on the navigation bar and select 'Groups'.
  2. Select 'Create' in the right-hand corner.
  3. Use the tick boxes to select the users you wish to send the campaign to (Please note that this group will be saved for future use).

Once you have created your group(s) you can then build your campaign:

  1. Go to the 'Campaigns' tab on the Navigation bar.
  2. Select 'Create' in the right-hand corner.
  3. Fill in the name, launch date (when the campaign starts), send by date, and chose the campaign you wish to run from the pre-made templates.
  4. You can use the two orange icons on the right to preview the email and landing page.
  5. Select the group(s) you want to send the campaign to.
  6. Click 'Create' and your campaign will now begin!
