How to add my organisations branding (v1)

Add your organisation’s branding to the LMS by uploading your logo, poster and accent colour.


Add a logo

The logo is shown on the register/log-in page, throughout the learner Atlas pages and on course certificates. The image must be at least 100px square and have a file size no greater than 1024Kb.


To change your branding logo:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the LOGO card.
  4. Click Upload logo to open your local file search application.
  5. Navigate to your poster file, select the filename and click Open.
  6. To create a link from your logo to your website, type your website URL in the Logo website link box.
  7. Click Save changes.


Add an accent colour

The accent colour is used throughout the learner Atlas pages. To change your branding colour:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the COLOUR card.
  4. Click the colour bar to show the pop-up colour palette.
  5. Choose your brand colour.
  6. If you have Red Green Blue (RGB) or Hue Saturation Luminosity (HSL) values for your brand colour, type these numbers in the corresponding boxes on the bottom right.
  7. Click OK.
  8. Check the colour bar shows your brand colour and click Save changes.


Add a poster

Your poster is shown on the registration/log-in screen. The image must be at least 960px wide and a file size no greater than 1024Kb.


To change your branding poster:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the ADD-ONS card on the left of the page click Branding.
  3. Scroll down to the POSTER card.
  4. Click Upload poster to open your local file search application.
  5. Navigate to your poster file, select the filename and click Open.
  6. Click Save changes.
