Administrator access can be removed from a user without affecting their learner status.
To remove administrator access:
- Click the Users tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
- Click Administrative Users to show the list of administrators.
- Find the administrator by filtering, see How to use filtering to find a user.
- Click the arrow on the right of the user’s details to show the menu.
- Select Remove access.
- Select OK.
The user’s administrator access is removed immediately.
