How to hide/show the Expiry date on certificates

The Expiration date course setting hides/shows the Expiry date on certificates. After the Expiry date, the course training is void and a learner needs to repeat the course to remain compliant. Expiry date is calculated using the Training interval setting, to learn more see How to set the course Training Interval.

This is a global setting that applies to all courses.

To hide/show Expiry date on certificates:

1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. In the GENERAL card click Global settings.
3. Scroll down to the CERTIFICATES & TESTS card.

4. Find Expiration dates and choose to hide or show:

   To hide expiry dates on certificates, select the check box.

   To show expiry dates on certificates, clear the check box.

5. Click Save changes.
