How to hide/show Certificates access for learners

Certificate access gives learners the option to view/print/download their training certificates through the LMS themselves.

To hide/show Certificates access for learners:

1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
2. In the GENERAL window on the left of the page click Global settings.
3. Scroll down to the CERTIFICATES & TESTS card.

4. Find Certificate access and choose to hide or show:

   To show the Certificate access option, select the check box.

   To hide the Certificate access option, clear the check box.

5. Click Save changes.
