How to use filtering to find a course

The Learning Management System (LMS) has many filters to help you find the courses you are looking for. The filter locations are shown below.




On the Tab bar near the top of the page, filter by:  


Click a Tab to show All iHASCO courses, Available courses including promotions, or My courses. The My courses tab includes Status buttons to refine your filter to show Active, Inactive and Unused courses.


On the Search bar, filter by:  


Course title 

In the Search titles box enter your text to apply your filter.


The filter will show any course titles containing your search words. For example, typing safety will show all courses containing this word, such as Fire safety and Health and Safety for Homeworkers

       

Note Wildcard characters are not available.

Course category

This filters courses by industry sector or business function

  1. Click the arrow to show the list of course categories.
  2. Select a category from the list to apply your filter.


Course medium

This filters courses by the method of communicating the content to the learner. 

  1. Click the arrow to show the list of course mediums.
  2. Select a medium from the list to apply your filter.


Course accreditation

This filters courses by the accreditation. 

  1. Click the arrow to show the list of course accreditations.
  2. Select an accreditation from the list to apply your filter.


On the Action bar, filter by:


Click the Select all button to select all the courses.


To clear all filters:


Click the Clear filter button on the left of the Action bar
