How to start/stop your daily digest email

Created by Michael Walsh, Modified on Tue, 27 Feb at 9:05 PM by Amanda Lowndes

The daily digest email is sent to the account Owner at the beginning of each working day (Monday - Friday).

Automated information emails help account Owners monitor important events happening in your LMS.

Depending on your choices, the email can include information about:

  • Credit liability - using your current enrolments we can estimate how many credits you will need for the next 30 days and warn you if your credits are low.
  • Contract expiry date - advance warning if your contract with iHASCO is due to expire in the next two months.

The daily digest will also keep you up to date with other important events that have happened in your LMS yesterday, including:

  • List any users archived
  • Show course licences that have expired
  • Update on assessment activity

To activate the email you must choose at least one of the Account warnings options.

Note The daily digest email is generated overnight – start the daily digest email the day before you want it sent out.

To start/stop sending the daily digest email:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the menu bar at the top of the page.
  2. In the GENERAL card, click Messaging.
  3. In the AUTOMATED EMAILS card scroll down to find the Account warnings section.
  4. Choose to start or stop:

To start sending the daily digest email, select one or more of the check boxes under the Account warnings section.

To stop sending the daily digest email, clear ALL the check boxes under the Account warnings section.

  5. Click Save changes.
